  • Our accommodations are set within people centred environments – which means the young people we assist are at the centre of everything we do and every decision we make.
  • We provide full accommodation and support which includes semi-independence training  helping young people to see there is always light at the end of each tunnel.
  • Trinity work in collaboration with families, social workers, local authorities, healthcare professionals and the service user. We aim to provide the best possible care and work towards achieving the best possible outcomes for our young people at all times.

    Trinity Supported Living provide a 24-hour wrap-around professional care and support service to the young people who come to stay at the accommodation. Our support services are on hand 24 hours a day for that extra peace of mind

  • Therapeutic Support

    We provide a range of therapeutic support to assist the young person. Therapies include but are not limited to CBT, Music and Art therapy.

  • Semi-Independence Training

    From day to day living skills, to actively assisting the young person to stay in education or training. Our semi-independent accommodation services are here to assist young people in the transition towards independent living.
