Service Overview

Trinity Supported Living is dedicated to ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to pursue their future aspirations and goals. We strongly advocate for our service users to engage in educational and vocational opportunities, such as attending school, college, or participating in training and work placements whenever feasible. Our organisation is committed to collaborating with educational institutions, employers, and training providers to secure meaningful placements for the young individuals under our care.

For those not currently engaged in employment or further education, we encourage them to actively seek such opportunities. Our Care Manager, along with the designated key-worker and outreach worker, will provide the necessary support.

If a service user is already enrolled in a college, training program, or work placement at the time of their admission, we will strive to support their continued participation. Staff will accompany service users to interviews, offering assistance to enhance their interviewing skills and other related areas. We also provide support in understanding and completing required tasks through one-on-one key work sessions. These sessions focus on obtaining professional or general qualifications, developing specific skills, and securing meaningful employment.
