We have a dedicated and compassionate staff team who are experienced in providing care and support to vulnerable young people in the community aged between 16-25 years of age. Our staff team are diverse and multi-cultural.

Our care is tailored to meet the needs and requirements of the young person to ensure the right care and support is being provided and is beneficial.

24 Hour Support
Trinity Supported Living provide a 24-hour wrap-around professional care and support service to the young people who come to stay at the accommodation. Our support services are on hand 24 hours a day for that extra peace of mind

Therapeutic Support
We provide a range of therapeutic support to assist the young person. Therapies include but are not limited to CBT, Music and Art therapy.

Semi-Independence Training
From day to day living skills, to actively assisting the young person to stay in education or training. Our semi-independent accommodation services are here to assist young people in the transition towards independent living.
